Our RATES are subject to change without notice. A 6% West Virginia Sales Tax is added to all sales. A 3% Hampshire County lodging tax of $.75 is added to the cost of each night's lodging.
We ask each client to consider a small voluntary donation to the Cacapon and Lost Rivers Land Trust (http://www.cacapon.org/) to help keep lands like North River Retreat protected from development. Again, this is voluntary only, and clients can “opt out” with no questions asked.
Gratuities are not included in the Rates below, but are greatly appreciated.
