To help us plan our activities and ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe outdoor experience, we ask that our clients:
- Submit a $100 deposit to book a reservation for activities involving more than one day. The deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to arrival.
- Possess appropriate hunting and fishing licenses and obey all laws. We do not sell licenses on-site, but they can be easily purchased online or from nearby stores. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. An excellent source of information about hunting and fishing regulations in West Virginia and purchasing licenses is available online at www.wvhunt.com.
- Register and sign a liability waver (advance copies are available upon request)
- Hunt deer from ground blinds or tree stands (using safety harnesses).
- Sight-in their firearms, either on or off site, prior to deer hunting.
- Abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages when hunting or using firearms.
