This is a morning or afternoon hunt for 1 or 2 hunters that takes about 3 hours, and is guaranteed to be a lot of fun. We can use my bird dog or yours. The quail are born in captivity but we make the hunting experience as natural as possible by releasing birds at several different locations on the property prior to each hunt.а
We are a licensed shooting preserve. You can purchase a special 6-day hunting permit for a nominal fee that is much less than for a regular West Virginia hunting license. Shotguns are available at no charge, upon request. Ammunition can be purchased on-site.
Lunch is provided after the hunt. Hunters are free to catch trout in the pond below the cabin or shoot a round of sporting clays before heading home. Lodging in the cabin and meals are available at reasonable rates for our clients coming from longer distances or who may wish to hunt more than one day.
